“ROAD TO THE CAFÉ”

I decided to follow my passion.
I worked at Southwest Airlines for over 28 years when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020. This was when I decided to retire and follow my dream and passion for becoming an entrepreneur.
My joy and passion have always been cooking and seeing people enjoy my food. So, I decided to purchase a food trailer and begin this new endeavor. It was exciting and scary at the same time to follow my dream, but I knew it was the right time to retire in great health to start this new challenge. So after some research, I found a company to build my food trailer.
My food trailer was ready for pick up in June 2021, and I drove from Phoenix to Orlando, FL, to pick it up. This was so exciting to see my Thermy Therm’s Café food trailer for the first time. I am now fully operational, cooking and serving great food to my customers.
